  1. PTO begins on your date of hire
  2. Six (6) standard paid holidays per year (Labor Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) – Holidays are paid starting 90 days after your first day of employment
  3. Full premium insurance
  4. 401K available after 60 days – employer match available
  5. Schaal will reimburse the cost of approved classes with passing grade
  6. Schaal will pay for any required training
  7. Uniforms provided
  8. Tool account for work related purchases
